Why the carrier is worth choosing

Every mobile network hands out addresses from its own ranges, and platforms build up their own history with each of those ranges. Two proxies that are identical in every other respect — same city, same hardware, same dedicated setup — can be treated differently simply because one is a T-Mobile address and the other is a Verizon one.

There is no universally better network, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing on your behalf.
