Verizon Proxies on a Real Verizon SIM
A Verizon proxy sends your traffic out through Verizon's network, so the site you're talking to sees a Verizon address instead of yours. The catch is that almost everyone selling one means something different by it, and the differences matter more than the price does.
Three different products share this name
Search for a Verizon proxy and you'll get results that look interchangeable and aren't. It's worth knowing which one you're being sold before you compare prices.
- ISP proxies on Verizon's ASN. A static address registered to Verizon Business but hosted in a data centre. It's fast and it's cheap, and it isn't a phone. Nothing about it is behind carrier NAT.
- Residential pool addresses in Verizon ranges. Real home connections, shared, and handed to you for a session before moving on to somebody else. You can't see what the previous user did with it.

Why the carrier NAT part is the whole point
Mobile networks don't give every phone its own public address. They put large numbers of real subscribers behind a shared one using CGNAT, carrier-grade NAT. That's an accident of address scarcity rather than a privacy feature, but it has a side effect that's hard to buy any other way: blocking that address means blocking everyone sitting behind it.
A datacenter address registered to Verizon doesn't have that property. It's one address, it's yours alone in a way that's visible from the outside, and it can be dropped without collateral damage. That's the difference an ISP proxy can't close no matter whose name is on the registration.
When Verizon specifically is worth asking for
Every network hands out addresses from its own ranges, and platforms build up separate histories with each of those ranges. Two lines that are identical in every other respect can be treated differently because one is a Verizon address and the other isn't.
So the carrier is worth choosing when your accounts or your audience already sit on one network and you want to match it, or when you're comparing how a placement behaves across networks and need to change one variable at a time. You probably don't need Verizon specifically
This is the part most vendor pages leave out. If your target doesn't treat carrier ranges differently, and most don't, then the choice between Verizon and T-Mobile is a rounding error and you should pick whichever has stock. There's no universally better US network, and anyone who tells you there is has guessed on your behalf.

- Change one thing at a time. Switching carrier and device profile together tells you nothing about which one moved the result.
- Record the address, the carrier and the timestamp on anything you plan to treat as evidence later.
