Terms of Service

White Cloak Proxy provides dedicated 5G mobile proxy access on a prepaid subscription basis. Each proxy is backed by a physical mobile device with a carrier-assigned IP address. Proxies are provisioned automatically after payment and are accessible through your account dashboard for the duration you have paid for.

IP addresses are assigned dynamically by mobile carriers. We do not control which specific IP address a carrier assigns, and IP addresses may change on rotation.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency and are processed by our payment provider, NOWPayments. We never receive or store card details. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains and require network confirmation before your order is activated; confirmation times depend on the network you pay with.

Funds added to your account balance are prepaid service credit. They can be spent on proxies and related services within the dashboard. Account balance is not a deposit or bank account, earns no interest, and is not transferable between accounts.

If you send a payment amount different from the amount requested at checkout (for example, an underpayment caused by wallet fees), the order may not complete automatically. Contact support and we will reconcile the payment manually.

Every new proxy purchase is covered by a 24-hour money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 24 hours of delivery, contact support and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your account balance or, where practical, in the cryptocurrency you paid with.

After the first 24 hours, subscription time already consumed is non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver a proxy you paid for, the payment is credited to your account balance in full — we never keep payment for proxies we cannot deliver.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for your use of the proxies and for complying with all laws and third-party terms that apply to your activity. Without limitation, you must not use the Service to:

• commit fraud, phishing, or financial crime;
• gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data, or carry out attacks against networks or services;
• send spam or distribute malware;
• access, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content;
• harass, stalk, or threaten any person; or
• resell access to the Service except through our Reseller API.

We may suspend or terminate proxies or accounts involved in the activities above without notice and without refund.

We target high availability, but mobile networks are outside our control and the Service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation unless a separate service-level agreement has been agreed in writing (Enterprise plans). Scheduled maintenance and carrier-side interruptions may temporarily affect connectivity.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Cloak Proxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
