Buying
Can I get a refund on a mobile proxy?
Yes — and in two ways. Not satisfied? Full refund within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked. And if your proxy is down and we can't fix it within 24 hours, you're refunded whenever that happens — not just in the first day.
That is the whole policy, and it is worth reading twice, because it contains two separate promises that most sellers only make one of.
Promise one: the first 24 hours, no questions
Buy, try it, and if it is not what you wanted, say so within a day and the money comes back. You do not have to justify it, demonstrate a fault, or send screenshots. This is the clause that exists because you cannot know how a proxy behaves against your own targets until you point it at them.
Promise two: a broken proxy has no deadline
The second sentence is the one that matters on day nine of a monthly plan. If the proxy is down and we cannot fix it within 24 hours, the refund applies whenever in the term that happens — not only in the first day. A 24-hour guarantee that quietly expires while you still have three weeks of paid service left is not really a guarantee, so this one does not expire.
Before you invoke it, it is worth ruling out the ordinary causes of a proxy that looks dead but is not — mismatched protocol and port is the usual culprit. What happens if my mobile proxy goes down walks through the checks and how to report it.
How to ask for one
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Say which proxy and roughly when you bought it. That is enough to find the order.
- Refunds go to your account balance, or where practical back in the cryptocurrency you paid with — the details are in the Terms of Service.
After the first 24 hours, subscription time you have already used is not refundable — that is the trade for there being no lock-in and no contract. And if we ever take payment for a proxy we cannot deliver at all, the payment is credited back in full; we do not keep money for undelivered service.
The cheaper way to find out
A refund is a fine safety net, but the smaller commitment is usually better: there is a paid 24-hour test for a single proxy, covered by exactly the same guarantee. See is there a free trial for mobile proxies for what it includes and what it does not.
It is also worth knowing what you are buying before you buy it: proxies are dedicated rather than shared, bandwidth is not metered, and you pick the network at checkout. Most refund requests are really surprise requests, and none of those three should surprise you.
Every plan carries the same guarantee, from a single day to a full month.
